Chrome

Is this new browser really original?
Brandon doesn't think so!

The Google Company has launched its new web browser Chrome. It is supposed to sweep the nation and become the web browser equivalent of Google’s search engine. There is a link at the Google search engine main page, which will guide you to downloading this new web browser. It seems that Google is attempting to monopolize all aspects of the internet; just as the Microsoft Company attempted to monopolize the software business. However, we should give the process time, in order to find out the public opinion of Chrome.

If Chrome is to become the number one web browser, it should be because of its worth, not the prestige of its producer. Here is an opinion of someone that wrote in their blog about Chrome, who has tried out the new web browser; “I figured I would make the change from Firefox to Chrome, I thought I would be quite painless. Turned out it was also quite pointless...I've since realized just how few original bits Chrome actually has”. I myself have used the beta version of Chrome and I also find that it is nothing new, its only appeal is its show; it is the same thing as Firefox just presented in a flashier way. Why switch to something new that is not any better than what you already have simply, because it looks a little better.
