As the proud principal of Camden Middle School, I would like to welcome you to our website. I am very pleased of all the progress and accomplishments that we have achieved. We have worked very hard to develop and maintain an environment where all students feel safe. Our goal is to ensure that every child receive a rigorous, relevant and quality education. We will continue our focus on literacy across the curriculum and meeting the needs of all of our learners. We offer our students a wealth of extracurricular opportunities. I encourage students to take advantage of the possibilities and become involved in the extracurricular activities that interest them. John Harrington, Vice Principal

Hello! I’m Mr. Harrington, Camden Middle School, Assistant Principal. My message is fairly simple: follow your dreams by focusing on short-term goals and by striving to do your best every day. While everyone here at Camden Middle School maintains high expectations for each student’s academic success, the truth is that success is rarely achieved alone. We encourage all students to reach out to others for assistance and to help others when they can, as well. Supporting our strong academic programs are the universal values of Respect and Responsibility. These are the foundation of our Character Education Program. Our staff will model, teach, and acknowledge respect and responsibility through “Effort, Self-Control, Courage, Citizenship, Kindness, Fairness, Courtesy and Honesty.” And we expect our students to demonstrate these as well, because these 8 Character Education principles are “Not Just for School, but for Life!” Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns, and when you can, stop in and say “hello.” Best of luck this year, and remember to follow your dreams
