The Big Apple changed location recently from New York City to Mrs. Kirch's class. With the help of Enrichment Specialist, Ms. Cindy Kirkley, students studied the apple from its growth to economic impact and made elaborate projects, which they then later presented to other classes.  Enjoy sampling the projects they made about New York State's largest cash crop.  Did you know that New York State is the second largest producer of apples in the the United States?
