The monthly Tiger Assembly was held on Wednesday May 19th. Each month teachers award students who have achieved in one or more of the following areas; respect and appreciation of others, demonstrating effort, and following all school rules.

After the pledge was recited, Mrs. Little’s class performed a Four Seasons song.  This month, along with the presentation of the Tiger Awards, a 5^th grade student from Mrs. Montgomery’s class was awarded the Generosity Award.  Angel was chosen to represent the giving nature of Rosemary Dixon.  A monetary donation was given by Patty Hansen (niece of Mrs. Dixon) and matched by our PTO.  Angle will research a local charity, of her choice.  Then at the 5^th grade moving up ceremony on June 18^th at Camden Middle School, she will present the chosen charity with the donation, and explain why she chose them.
