For your convenience, we offer centralized registration, allowing you the ease of enrolling your child(ren) in one location without having to travel to several different locations.

Registrations can be completed during the hours from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Plan ahead ... the following documents are REQUIRED for each student being enrolled ...

• Birth certificate (and/or baptismal certificate)

• Immunization Records

• If in foster care - a DSS-2999 form

• Custody decrees bearing a judge's signature, if parents are divorced OR if student resides with someone other than the biological parent (i.e., aunt/uncle/grandparents, other family member, etc.)

• Proof of Residency (upon request District officials  may ask you to furnish verification that the address listed on enrollment forms is your actual place of residence)

This is an important time in your child's life - please allow at least 30-45 minutes per child for completing the necessary paperwork.
