2010-2011 Kindergarten Registration

Each child admitted to kindergarten for the 2010-2011 school year should reach his/her 5th birthday on or before December 1, 2010.

If your child is currently enrolled in Camden Central School District's Pre-kindergarten program, then he or she will NOT need to register for kindergarten.

In order to register, the following documents are required:

• birth certificate
• immunization records

After March 29th, you will need to contact our Central Registration Office @ 245-4096 to register.

Kindergarten Registration Coverlet (pdf file)
This form must accompany the registration packet as there is data required to be completed. This form is generally an 11 x 17 wraparound cover. It will print here as 2, 8-1/2 x 11" forms - which is acceptable.
Kindergarten Registration Packet (pdf file)
This is the registration packet required to enroll in kindergarten. This must accompany the coverlet pages.
Literacy Survey (pdf file)
When downloading the forms to register for Kindergarten, please also download the survey. Include your completed survey with the completed registration packet.
