Whenever you have an address change, this is the packet, consisting of 3 pages, that is required for each student.  This packet informs the district of the address change to update the student's electronic record and notifies the transportation department of a change in pick-up and drop-off location.

If you move any time during the school year, these are the required forms you will need to complete for each child. Additionally, you will need to complete a new emergency card for the appropriate building level (elementary, middle, high). Please return the completed packet(s) to Central Registration (Camden Central Schools District Office- 51 3rd Street, Camden, NY 13316).
