Voter Information

Members of the public may vote on the proposed 2024-25 budget, for two available Board of Education seats, and on an additional proposal regarding transportation limits listed below on Tuesday, May 21st 2024.

The polling place will be the Camden High School Auditorium Lobby, and voting hours will be from Noon to 9 PM. More detailed information, including eligibility requirements and details on absentee balloting, is available from the office of the District Clerk. On Your Board of Education Ballot

The Camden Central School District Board of Education will have two vacancies available as part of the upcoming May 21st election.

The two candidates receiving the most votes will receive three-year terms on the Board, beginning in July 2024 and concluding on June 30, 2027. All Board of Education positions are considered to be "at-large".

Following the petition deadline of Monday, April 22nd at 5 PM, the following candidates, in ballot order, have completed the necessary requirements to appear on the ballot for the election on May 21st.

Additional Proposals On The Ballot

Proposition No. 2: To vote upon the Transportation Limits, which shall appear as follows:
“Shall the Camden Central School District be authorized to transport students residing in the District from greater than the maximum distance required by Education Law § 3635(a).  Specifically, shall the Camden Central School District be authorized to transport students who reside in the District up to 28 miles from their school of enrollment?”
