CAMDEN, NY - The Camden Central School District is pleased to announce that senior boys’ basketball student-athlete Isaac Lynch has been selected to the New York State Sportswriters’ Association All-State Teams for the 2024-25 season. The announcement was made on Monday, April 28th, 2025.
Lynch was chosen to the Class A fourteenth team. Only five players are picked for each All-State team, ranking Isaac as one of the top 71 players in Class A statewide from all walks of scholastic competition. The award list encompasses the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, New York City’s Public School Athletic League, the Catholic High School Athletic Association, and the New York State Association of Independent Schools. He was one of three Tri-Valley League players to receive All-State Team honors in Class A. The others were CVA’s Calvin Jacquays, and New Hartford’s Jameson Stockwell.
One of the Section’s premier interior offensive weapons, Lynch averaged 24.5 points per game for the Blue Devils this season, and became the program’s third 1,000 point scorer. He finished his career with 1,064 points. As part of that total, he set the two highest scoring performances in program history with 39 points against New Hartford, and 48 against Oneida. He was not held out of double figure scoring his entire senior season, and amassed a 31 game streak of 10 points or more dating back to his junior year. He also averaged 12 rebounds per game, and recorded sixteen double-double performances this season.
Lynch is committed to play football at Southern Connecticut State University this fall.
