The addition of Coach Hite's Chicken Riggies to the lunch menu rotation has been a popular one across the District, as our students and staff are experiencing what many soccer players and nordic skiers have raved about over the years.
Back in November, we stopped by one morning to see how High School Patrol Officer, Soccer Coach, and Jack of all Trades Dustin Hite cooks up his take on the iconic Utica-area dish, with the help of our awesome CHS Cafeteria Team.
This marked the first time his Riggies were available District-Wide after a successful debut at the high school in October. They'll be back on the menu for Thursday, January 15th.
Come along with us, and see how they're made! Along the way, you'll see how much work it takes to prepare a meal at scale, which our food service team does each day!
