Today, students at Camden High School came to school in their pajamas to support a very special four-legged friend. This is Cooper.
Cooper is Mrs. Hooker's therapy dog. Unfortunately, Cooper was recently diagnosed with Histiocytic Sarcoma, and students decided to come together and show their support.
Mrs. Hooker and Cooper wanted to take a moment to thank every single person within the CHS community who showed their support during what can be a very challenging journey.

Don't blink! It has already been a week since junior prom, and it sometimes feels like it was yesterday. We hope the Class of 2025 had a great time!

The moment you've all been waiting for.....
And might we say.... to give you a hint.... "Please sir, I want some more?!?"
All poetic phrasing aside, the CHS Music Department is pleased to announce that this year's Camden High School musical will be..... Lionel Bart's "Oliver!"
Save the dates: March 1st and 2nd! Come and join us for this splendid musical re-telling of the Charles Dickens classic "Oliver Twist".

With the CHS Fall Play in the rear view mirror, Mrs. Hughes has started to drum up excitement for the CHS musical! As part of the big reveal, 20 musicals have been put on the board. Each day, one or two come down off the list of possibilities.
Today, Dr. Root stopped by to help by playing a little trivia game where students guessed what show was coming off the board.
What will it be?
Oliver? South Pacific? Peter Pan? The King and I? My Fair Lady? Something else? Stay tuned!

Signed. Sealed. Delivered.
One of the state's most prolific high school softball players is heading to UMass! Brooke Musch made her commitment to play Division I softball official by signing her National Letter of Intent in front of family, friends, and supporters from the Camden community on Wednesday.
The reigning Tri-Valley League Player of the Year and 2023 Second Team All-State selection had an absolutely remarkable year while leading the Blue Devils to an undefeated regular season.
Thanks to Kristina Musch, Athletic Director Josh Mazzaferro, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Ravo Root, and Kareem Jones for speaking on Brooke's behalf as we celebrated her achievements!
Congratulations, Brooke!

We will be holding another FCC Affordable Connectivity Program sign-up night at Camden High School. Come on out to the CHS Library on Thursday, November 16th beginning at 5:30 PM to learn more about the program.
Under the Affordable Connectivity Program, parents/guardians of currently enrolled CCSD students are eligible to receive a monthly discount on their internet service of up to 30 dollars through a participating provider. They are eligible because we serve free meals to students under the Community Eligibility Provision. Numerous popular providers are included in this discount.
You may also be able to receive a one-time device purchase discount as part of this program. (Restrictions apply).
To register, you will need to bring some information with you, which is detailed in the attached flyer. That information will be used to provide you with an eligibility letter certifying that your student is enrolled with us that you can use to receive your discount.
We will have devices on site that you can use to register, or you can always take your eligibility letter home along with program information to sign up at your convenience.
Contact Lauren Platt (lplatt@camdencsd.org) if you have any questions.
Even if you don't have a student with us, you may still qualify under a variety of criteria. Visit getinternet.gov to see how you may qualify.
