Camden Varsity Football hosts its 2023 home opener tonight! Join us at the Camden High School Stadium as the Blue Devils battle Section III Class B foe Westhill under the lights. Kickoff is slated for 6:30 PM. We will be honoring our 2003 Section III Championship team tonight, 20 years after they brought one home from the Dome!

In-person attendance is also free of charge, but there are a few important reminders from Athletic Director Josh Mazzaferro we'd like to pass along:
1. All elementary and middle school students need to be accompanied by an adult. If they are not accompanied by an adult, they will not be allowed to enter the facility.
2. Playing catch or games of any kind will not be allowed.
3. Students should not be wandering around and should be cheering for our Blue Devils!

The Drawing for Design and Production class at CHS wasted no time getting started on the first day! Students were working on the "Paper Tower Challenge!". They had to build a free-standing tower using just paper and tape.
Corbin Marsh and Brayden Seymour built the best tower out of all DDP classes at 73.5 inches tall. They made this using only three sheets of paper and 24 inches of tape! WOW!

Is your student interested in picking up instrumental music this fall? Join the CCSD Music Department on the evening of Thursday, 9/14 for the chance for your student to sample a variety of instruments! Our music faculty will be there to help introduce your child to musical instruments and help them find a fit that works for them. Two local retailers will be on hand to answer questions about rentals, sales, and instrument care!

This is a friendly reminder that on Thursday, August 24th at 6:00 PM, the Athletic Department will be hosting a mandatory Player, Parent/Guardian information meeting in the Camden High School Auditorium. This meeting will start with guest speaker Rocky Corigliano(See attached), followed by Athletic Department expectations. The night will conclude with coaches hosting their team meetings where they will go over team policies, expectations, and other valuable information.
