We have a Section III Wrestling Champion! Congratulations to Abigail Hebble on her title at 165 today! Also for the Blue Devils: Rylie Meagher was third, and Astro Johnson placed fifth in their respective classes! Way to go, team!

On Sunday, February 16th, the Camden Girls’ Varsity Wrestling team will compete in the Section III Girls’ Wrestling Championship held at Onondaga Community College’s SRC Arena. The Blue Devils will send nine athletes to the mats for a chance at Sectional championship glory and the opportunity to advance to the first-ever state meet with “state championship” status. Competition today has an adjusted start time of 11:30 as it stands now, but certainly keep an eye on Section III if they see fit to make any additional changes. Thanks to all in Blue Devil Nation that came up to Adirondack last night to see this awesome milestone. Isaac is now third in program history with 1,019 points. Alex Stevens is second with 1,062, and the all-time leading scorer, Ryan McCarthy, has 1,112. With a few games left to go, it will be exciting to see where he ends up on the scoring list at season's end!

He needed four points, and he went and scored the first four points! Congratulations to Isaac Lynch on becoming the third Camden boys' basketball player in program history to reach the 1,000 point milestone!

Introducing our Camden CSD Athletes of the Week for the week spanning 2/3 to 2/10! This award is selected weekly through a peer vote at CHS. Pedro Floge (Boys Varsity Basketball): Pedro was nominated by his peers for being a selfless teammate and for his scoring/defensive contribution to the team over their five-game win streak. Pedro is currently second on the team in scoring and has been hitting clutch 3-point shots the whole season, most notably 5 3-pointers in a huge league win vs Central Valley Academy. Sarah Marshall (Girls Varsity Bowling) Her peers nominated Sarah for always being a positive teammate and for her performance in Sectionals over the weekend. Sarah was the team's top bowler with a 632 series and placed 27th amongst bowlers in all divisions and classes. This effort contributed to the team's 2nd place finish in Division 2, and 3rd place finish in Class B.

This afternoon, the Camden CSD Art Department visited the CNY Scholastic Art Show at Onondaga Community College! Included among the display of highly regarded student artwork from across the region were our 2025 Gold Key Award-Winning submissions from Dolmae Honrales and Matt Melancon!
