Let's take a moment to acknowledge some of our very special guest stars from last weekend's performances. First, the youth ensembles. Because of the makeup of the script, the show "Oliver!" provides our elementary and middle school students with a unique chance to be part of the company with the high school students. It's challenging and rewarding at the same time. This group of approximately 35 students had the responsibility to set the tone for the show with the opening number, and they exceeded the standard set before them. Whether it's in a middle school or high school production, we look forward to seeing all of you on stage again soon!

Join us on Wednesday, March 13th for the March meeting of "Look At Me, I'm Three!". This program is a Pre-K Prep program for students who have turned three years old on or before December 1st, 2023, and will be Pre-K eligible for the Fall. As part of this program, students and their parents/guardians will have opportunities to interact with District staff, as well as each other, to build a strong learning community throughout the year ahead of starting Pre-K in the Fall! Make sure to RSVP to Patti Ferretti if you intend to bring your child to this month's meeting. It is helpful for activity planning, and also ensures that your information is on file for Pre-Kindergarten information.

Today was the valentine's day dance at McConnellsville, and Mr. Bird certainly couldn't resist the opportunity to bust out his best moves! As always, thanks for letting our staff and students take over the gym on this special day. More coming from this incredible event!

At McConnellsville, Miss Wood's kindergartners made sure to give 100 percent on the 100th day! They stacked 100 cups, counted out 100 pieces of snacks in groups of 10 on a grid, and like many of their other friends around the building, they also looked the part by dressing as if they were 100 years old!
