The final two remain... Shrek Jr. OR Beauty and the Beast Jr.
Will we find ourselves in a a land Far Far Away or in French Provincial Town come September?!
Find out Friday!!!

This afternoon, SPO Tom Brognano went outside on his usual end-of-day duty facilitating dismissal at Camden Middle School. When he came back inside, he was met with a surprise.
A crowd of well-wishers including staff, colleagues, students, and administrators had assembled to pay tribute for his years of service to CMS. The gathering included treats, and the presentation of a card and a hand-made caricature portrait from art teacher Jodi Steria, which was signed by members of the CMS community.
Also on hand was his daughter, Lyndsey, who is a deputy with the Sheriff's Office.
Officer Brognano, we wish you all the best in your retirement, and as we all saw today, it's clear how much you will be missed!

We have said so long, fairwell to Beetlejuice Jr., Mean Girls Jr., High School Musical Jr., & Seussical Jr....
These kids will not roll the dice in a whole new world with Matilda Jr., Guys and Dolls Jr., or Aladdin Jr...
What show do you think will be on stage this fall at CMS?!

Last week, the fifth grade white team visited Green Lakes State Park, just outside of Syracuse! While there, they learned more about the solar system, and used their artistic skills to depict the four spheres of earth: geosphere (land), hydrosphere (water), atmosphere (air), and biosphere (living things). They also created constellation key chains and answered a variety of trivia questions.
Thank you to the New York State Department of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation for being wonderful hosts!

Last week marked the last visit of the year for the Lewis Manor Labradoodles at Camden Middle School! Students have really enjoyed their time with the puppies this year. We cannot thank them enough for bringing them to see our students, and we hope to see them again next year! 🐶🐾

"Hello, Yellow Brick Road!"
On Saturday afternoon, the Camden Middle School Marching Blue Devils marched in Chittenango's "Oz-Stravaganza" parade! This annual celebration of all things "Wizard of Oz" celebrates Chittenango's place in the lore of a global cultural institution as the birthplace of creator L. Frank Baum.

On Wednesday, June 4th, our Camden Middle School sixth grade ensembles delivered a top-notch performance at their spring concert!

Yesterday, classes from Camden Middle School released the fish they've been raising into the Mad River! The fish, provided by Trout Unlimited and the Fish Creek Atlantic Salmon Club, included Brook Trout and Landlocked Atlantic Salmon this year.
Some CMS superlatives to consider:
1. Mrs.Turner's classroom had the largest fish among CMS classes this year.
2. Dr. Goff's classroom had the most fish make it to release day this year.
Hopefully, many of these young fish will grow up to be a vital part of the local ecosystem, and along the way, our students feel more connected to the natural environment around them!

Today, it was Camden Middle School's turn to release the fish they've raised! Check out these photos from sixth grade! We'll add more from other grade levels later on!

Tonight, the CMS Sixth Grade Ensembles will take the stage!

Last week, the Modified Girls Track Team celebrated the end of their season at Coneheads North! This was their “banquet” to recognize the hard work that the athletes have put in since the end of March. The girls had ice cream, played some lawn games, and they also enjoyed talking about the great season they've had!

The June concert schedule gets started tonight with 5th grade at Camden Middle School!

Camden FFA spent Friday educating elementary students about dairy calves at DiNitto Farms in Marcy NY! Each student spoke in front of large crowds of students and did an outstanding job answering questions regarding dairy calf care! All students represented Camden FFA and the Camden CSD to the highest extent! Shoutout to Mrs. Wilson for giving us this amazing opportunity!
