Wednesday means puppies at the CMS Media Center. This year it seems that the labradoodles are teaching our students many leasons. Today one furry friend was particularly shy and the trainer told our human friends that much like them, sometimes the dogs don't want as much attention and only want to be approached on their terms. This particular canine would be scared off of a friend tried to pet him first, so he had to approach a friend and "sniff out" the situation. Some other pups were ready to jump right into being friends with the eight graders and held back nothing. 🐶🐾

Camden's high school courses had some adorable visitors on Tuesday! Dedicated student and FFA member Mary Hall brought in her puppies to the agriculture program to educate all the animal science courses on her canines. The event brought many new faces to the agriculture room!

March is Music in Our Schools Month, and this will be a special one as the National Association for Music Education (https://nafme.org/) celebrates MIOSM for its 40th year!
Per NAFME, the purpose of MIOSM is to raise awareness of the importance of music education for all children—and to remind citizens that school is where all children should have access to music. MIOSM is an opportunity for music teachers to bring their music programs to the attention of the school and the community, and to display the value that school music brings to students of all ages.
For us in Camden, that means concerts for Middle and High School students! We hope to see you at one or more of them this month to support our students!
