Included in our latest book order was a series that explores some of the most significant issues, histories, and achievements of Indigenous communities in the United States. These books are written in a honest and age appropriate way for our students.


Novels in verse are novel length stories told in poetic form. Many of our students enjoy this format. Here is our newest selection of novels in verse.

We have had several students waiting from these Lane Walker books to arrive in the Middle School Library. They requested them in the fall and we put them on our order. Thankfully their wait is over!


This finishes up our selection of fiction books that came in our latest order. The students always love when new books come in. If your students is a reader, tell them to stop in and check out or newer books.





Agriculture students spent today learning about FFA through a "choice" activity! All students were presented with a variety of activity stations to learn about FFA and each student had the opportunity to complete the station that interested them most!



New books have arrived at the Middle School Library. Keep your eyes peeled over the next few days and we'll post some highlights. Today we're featuring our new graphic novels, the Lowriders series and the Astro Nuts series. Graphic novels are possibly our most popular genre in the library and appeal to all of our age groups.


The greenhouse management hydroponic box committee has worked extremely hard to problem solve with the new hydroponic systems. Students have learned about algae growth and root rot in past "experiments" and finally have a positive yield from the new systems!


The Camden Central School District is on a 2-hour delay for today, Monday, March 24, 2025. Morning BOCES and Pre-Kindergraten classes are canceled for today. Have a great day and be safe.
Students in the middle school agriculture course spent this week looking at waters impact on agriculture! The students ended the week by creating unique filter systems that could be used to filter natural water sources!


The Northern Lights were not visible to the naked eye, but Mrs. Britton caught them through her iPhone camera over the top of the Middle School right before 10:30 PM Friday night.



The 7th grade GOAT Team and 7th Grade Baloo Team are raising funds for end-of-year activities by selling Double Good Popcorn! 50% of money earned goes directly back to the 7th grade class which allows them to have fun end-of-year events such as field trips! All orders are online, the child doesn’t have to handle any money, and the popcorn is delivered right to your door.
This fundraiser goes until 8am on March 24th, so order now and don't miss out on this delicious popcorn!

Tonight, Wednesday, 3/19, is our Music In Our Schools Month (MIOSM) Concert for grades 7-8 at Camden Middle School!

Middle school agriculture students could not get enough of RODEO WEEK in the agriculture room! Students even asked to have "roping" as an extra activity on Fridays!

HUGE shoutout and good luck to Kayla Winn as she competes tomorrow at the FFA Central Region Substates! Kayla will be competing against the top ranked individuals in 3 different FFA Districts. Kayla has spent the week preparing and gearing up to compete in tomorrow's events!

Reminder for all interested in participating in Spring Sports:
A mandatory Player and Parent/Guardian information meeting will occur this evening (Thursday, March 13th) in the Camden High School Auditorium at 6:00 PM. This meeting is for all levels, and will provide information and expectations for the 2025 Spring Sports season.
Joseph Morotti will be our guest speaker for the evening. Joe has 37 years of teaching and coaching experience and works with Daneli Partners, working with schools and businesses to build and improve leadership.
Please Note: Following the Athletic Department meeting, coaches for all levels will hold mandatory team/program meetings. These meetings will contain specific information and expectations for each team/program.
