Often our students find books that they really like and stick with a series. But what happens when they get in a rut? We like to help them find other options. Our latest display in the CMS Media Center offers alternatives to one of our most popular series in the library. If your student is a fan of I Survived but you'd like to see them reading something a little more challenging, have them stop in and we'll help them chose the perfect book!

Happy Shelfie Day! The NY Public Library founded the event in 2014 to encourage people to share selfies at their libraries. The point is not just to share photos, but to remind people they have access to libraries and foster a love of reading. Share a shelfie today! What are you currently reading?
