Before You Submit a Support Ticket.....
Sometimes, the root cause of a technology issue can be very simple. To help save time and resources, the following troubleshooting steps are recommended.
- Restart your device: Often, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
- Check for updates: Ensure your operating system, applications, and drivers are updated to the latest versions. If there are updates, usually the device will need to reboot after updates are completed.
- Verify connections: Check that cables are securely plugged in and your internet connection is stable.
- Isolate the issue: If the above still does not solve the problem, try to reproduce the problem using a similar device or application (i.e. laptop/desktop, Google/Edge) to narrow down the potential cause.
