As part of its ongoing plans to create and enhance opportunities for our youngest learners, the Camden Central School District has commissioned a District-Wide Early Childhood Census. This census will be used to assist us in planning early childhood programming in the future, including pre-kindergarten and kindergarten.
If you reside in the District and have a child ranging in age from birth to age 5, please fill out either the paper or online forms from this webpage. If you have multiple children who fit that criteria, please fill it out once for each child in your household.
Our online form is the quickest and easiest way to get this information to us, but we also offer the option of a printable paper form for your convenience. The form available here is in PDF format.
You will also be able to find paper forms at the Camden Central School District offices and at each school building. Opportunities to pick one up from local businesses may also be available soon.
