On Tuesday, June 24th, 45 fourth grade students marked the end of their elementary school journey, and the start of what's next for a close-knit group as McConnellsville Elementary School held its moving up ceremony.
The evening featured the customary presentation of certificates, an array of academic, character, and leadership awards, and an exciting McConnellsville fourth grade tradition - handcrafted posters for each student featuring kind words from classmates.
A special guest was also on hand to see the graduates off to their next adventure, as former principal Heidi Allen returned to congratulate her final class of fourth graders.
