CAMDEN, NY - Four members of the Camden High School varsity softball team have been honored as part of the 2022 Tri-Valley League Softball Awards and All-Star teams. The honors were announced on Friday, June 10th.
Three members of the squad were chosen to the Pioneer Division All-Star team. Sophomore Brooke Musch was chosen for her work in center field, junior Kaitlyn Findley was picked at the catcher position, and senior Jadyn Prievo was selected at shortstop. Musch and Prievo repeat on the all-star team, while Findley moves up the ladder after locking down honorable mention honors for 2021.
One additional member of the team was picked to the honorable mention team, junior pitcher Ryleigh Johnson was chosen for that honor after serving as the leading option in the circle for the Blue Devils.
Under head coach Jed Musch, the Blue Devils went 17-4 this season on their way to a spot in the Section III Class A Semifinals.
