Our facilities team is hard at work updating the Friends of Camden Central School Foundation plaques in the high school lobby!

On Thursday, we wore pink!
During their match against Holland Patent, the Camden girls varsity soccer team wore specially-made uniforms with pink numbers in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The match also featured a pink ball on the playing field.
A special thank you goes out to the program at Holland Patent for their partnership and their full participation in this important initiative!

Today may be a Superintendent's Conference Day, but we're keeping the Camden Spirit Week vibe alive for another day. Who is ready for Saturday's homecoming festivities?!?

We had the luxury of a fantastic day of weather for CHS PepFest, and the students brought energy to match!

Good afternoon Blue Devils!
We're just taking a moment to let you know that we intend to hold Saturday's parade as scheduled, rain or shine!
If you're joining us out on Main Street on Saturday, bring your rain gear, your umbrellas and anything else you may need in order to feel comfortable.
We didn't let the rain stop us last year, and we'll make every effort to ensure that the good times continue this time around. We're looking forward to a spirited and exciting celebration!

Getting ready to start PepFest here at CHS!

On Wednesday, our elementary-level students celebrated Wacky Wednesday! We saw mismatched shoes, socks, outfits, and as you'll see in one of these pictures, a pretty outstanding shirt and tie combo!

We saw some football players, some soccer players, and more at CES for sports day!

Ready to rock the Camden blue and white for Thursday of Spirit Week!

She's just as excited as we are about Blue and White Thursday!

A week ago, we got our new FFA Charter. While trying to track down more on our FFA past, we saved a few yearbook pictures along the way. These are from 1960, 1963, 1965, 1968, and 1970.
With the buzz around the program right now, we're looking forward to the future and seeing how it creates agriculture leaders for the 21st century!

Whether we're celebrating sports, different generations, or the opportunity to dress up in 1920s period costume, our students have been having a great time with spirit week!

Her favorite part about working in Camden so far is the community. She credits her colleagues for making her immediately feel at home here. When she’s not teaching, she can be found walking the dog with her Fiancé.

Introducing McConnellsville 1st Grade Teacher Rebecca (Becki) Schaehfer!
Becki attended Utica University for her college studies. Her favorite thing about being an educator is building relationships with her students, and watching them thrive and grow during their time together. She speaks highly of the connections she’s made with her colleagues and the Camden community in her short time with us so far.
Outside of the classroom, she loves to cook, work in the garden, and walk her dog.
Welcome to our team!

Today, October 2nd, is National Custodian Day! We want to take a moment here to thank our entire facilities team for the work they do to keep our buildings running, and our facilities in the best shape they can be!

On Friday, September 29th, members of the Camden Modified Cross Country teams used their practice time for a different purpose. The Blue Devils partnered with CMS Kids for Saving Earth advisor Sarah Falanga and the Camden Lions Club to clean up a portion of Route 69 on Friday.
On Saturday, the teams competed alongside the varsity squads at one of their biggest meets of the season: the EJ Herrmann run in Utica.
Great job, team!
