On Wednesday, June 5th, three Career and Technical Education students from the Camden Central School District were celebrated along with their internship mentors as Madison-Oneida BOCES presented its Career and Technical Education Signing Day Ceremony.

The occasion also included some specially-wrapped commemorative candy bars. The label for those bars was designed by Camden senior Bailey Sharron, a student in the MOBOCES Graphic Design program.

A note from Brittany DerCola regarding entrance to tonight's 6th grade concert at CMS:
We have fresh concrete that was just poured out front of our building. Please let any guests that may be coming with you, that are not on Parentsquare, to avoid this area. We did have an "oops" on Monday and we ended up with some footprints in the fresh concrete. Please be mindful of the work area!

Did you know we have varsity student-athletes competing in high school boys' ice hockey? It all happens through a regional co-op program called the Mohawk Valley Jugglers. The Jugglers are made up of players from about a dozen local schools, including Camden's Brodie and Evan Buckingham. These two student-athletes embody dedication to the sport, often travelling over 45 minutes for practice alone.
The program is largely a self-funded endeavor, and the sport can get expensive over time. If you're interested, you can support the team through their upcoming golf outing on August 2nd. In addition to golfers, they are also looking for raffle basket donors and sponsors.
For more information on this outing, or the Jugglers program, reach out to Megan Buckingham at mbuckingham@camdencsd.org.
