National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day was February 22nd, while we were on Winter Break. CMS Student Council thanked Camden's wonderful bus drivers by giving them a thank you card and a "pick me up" for the afternoon drive home. Thank you, bus drivers, monitors, and crossing guards for all you do to keep our students safe on their ride (or walk) to and from school each day. We appreciate your dedication and kindness!

It's here! Opening Night is tonight!!! The curtain will go up at 7 PM. Admission is free. Please arrive early, as we expect very good attendance this evening.

We're doing our happy dance about the upcoming musical. And for good reason!
24 hours until we get the show on the road. Who is joining us for opening night?

To celebrate the 100th day, Mrs. Hollis's class worked in pairs on a probability exercise! They were instructed to flip a coin 100 times and record their results.

To celebrate our school year reaching the proverbial "century mark", these McConnellsville fourth graders brought out only the finest in "Centenarian" fashion!
We hope you had a great hundredth day!

Abby Hebble finishes with a 1-2 record at today's state meet in Albany. She scored an impressive win in her second match, which was a split decision on points. Abby earned the win on criteria as she was deemed to be the more aggressive wrestler in the match.
She's been to last year's state invitational, and this year's inaugural state championship. And, she's got three more years of eligibility left, so the sky is really the limit here. Congratulations on a great run this year!

Mrs. Skinner and Mrs. Sessler's 3rd grade class at CES kicked off the 100th day of school with a special 100th day breakfast. They observed how 100 pieces of cereal looks different depending on the size of the cereal.

Celebrating 100 days is awesome, especially if you've been in school all 100 days! Mrs. Keller and Mrs. Littler were super excited to celebrate 100 days of perfect attendance for Ryan and Ryker today!
Way to go guys!

Wednesdays mean the puppies from Lewis Manor Labradoodles visit the students of Camden Middle School! During their meeting with the dogs, students learned about service dogs in training. The students learned that if they ever see a service dog with a vest on in public, they should not approach and pet the dog because that dog is doing an important job.

Whether it's celebrated with balloons, dressing like you're 100, or a counting activity, you can count on the 100th day to be special, like it is in Mrs. Cochran's 1st Grade Class at CES!

CMS has talent, and they can't wait to show you! Join us in the CMS Auditorium on the evening of Friday, March 7th for the 2025 Camden Middle School talent show! The show starts at 6:30 PM.

Happy 100th Day of School from the Camden Central School District!
